We provide a large range of assembly services. In addition to assembling kits, folders, and retail display cartons, we also have experience with poly bagging, belly banding and shrink wrapping. Corrugated floor & countertop displays, retail display cartons and kits can be filled with product randomly or according to a set pattern or plan-o-gram, regardless of the complexity.

We can store finished goods and release based on your timing needs. We have experience with point of sale displays ranging from small jobs to larger and more complicated projects.

• Kits

Whether your kits are as simple as a CD, manual, a product or a more complicated mix of components such as gift bags/baskets, we can assemble, pick, pack and ship these kits per your specifications. While we can mass produce these kits and store them for mass distribution or warehousing, we can also assemble and ship as orders are requested.

• Folders

We can collate any folders components and insert each of them according to your precise instructions or match your sample folder exactly. We can also insert folders into mailing envelopes and direct mail them to your customers from an address list or spreadsheet. If you need assistance designing and printing your folders, we can help you. We collaborate with a number of trusted designers and printing agencies that can help you meet your business needs in a timely fashion, at a competitive price.

• Binders

We can assemble all types of binders including 2-ring, 3-ring and vinyl sleeve binders. Binders can be assembled with your supplied components or we can print and hole-punch pieces for you.

• Retail Display (Folding) Cartons

If you are looking for a packaging that will add value to your product, we can help you design the perfect folding carton, to visually enhance the presentation of your product.

• Belly Banding

Belly bands can be used to add promotional eye-catching verbiage or to bundle an assortment of books or magazines together. We can help you design, print and assemble custom or generic paper and vinyl belly bands (book bands).
